In order to <br />provide clear and consistent direction for future situations it <br />is recommended that the attached policy be adopted. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council /r v <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrato kk <br />Forwarded recommending approval. It should be noted that use of <br />this policy would have occurred once in the past four years.
