Payment of Park fee of $600.00 (3 lots at $200.00 each). <br />6. All existing curb cuts serving the subject property cease use <br />upon installation of an approved gravel base within the private road <br />ou' lot . <br />The inclosed resolution has been drafted for council review and action <br />per the Planning Commission recommendation noted above. <br />
