Grading and utility plan including details of the prup,r,ed sto-m sewer <br />system with ripe sizes, lengths, and invert elevations. <br />2. Details of water quality treatment structures in conformance with <br />District standards. <br />3. Revised site plan including locations of erosion control, erosion control <br />installation detail and a restoration note. <br />4. Stage/sto,•age relationship for all stormwater storage depressions. <br />5.
