Planning Commission noted the following additions. Please review <br />below: <br />1. Final approval by the Minnehaha Ci eek Watershed District of the <br />drainage and grading plans for the subdivision. Staff shall seek an <br />oral report from Ron Quanbeck of the MCWD prior to the meeting. <br />2. Applicant to provide copies of formal landscape plan. <br />3. Planning Commission members requested that roadway be realigned <br />f rom the west access to provide a through road rather then the current <br />plan that shows an intersection at right angles with stop signs. <br />Revised plan is to show through road as one oultot with cul-de-sacs as <br />separate outlots. These amendments to the preliminary plan need not <br />be submitted for the Councils review which is tentatively scheduled <br />for September 25, 1989. Please note the meeting begins at 7:OOp.m. <br />The applicant is advised to contact John Gerhardson of the Public <br />Works Department to review plans for entrance monuments/signage at entrance <br />to subdivision. John Gerhardson returns tfrom vacation September 18, 1989. <br />
