Additionally, a topographical survey of the property containing a plot of the drainfield sit^5 has been submittedfn IA make the following comments regarding each proposed lot: Lot 1, Block 1. Primary and alternate sites have been located. Both tree sites require a mound system due to high seasonal water tables. Slopes range from 2%-6%. These two sites are about 50' from a proposed detention basin, but should not affect nor be affected by `hat basin. The sites -houid be totally fenced off with snow fencing before any road or detention basir construction takes place in the subdivi:ion. Lot 2, "lock 1. Primary and alternate sites have been 1��•- :nd both sites have soil and water table conditions to or a trench drainfield system. With the proposed h. at the south end of the lot, there shc.uld be nc prat_ .reserving these sites. Again, the drainfield area shoulc; fenced off to keep all traffic away during road and detention '-..sin construction. Lot 3, Block 1. Again, primary and alternate drainfield sites are suitable for trench systems. The two sites are ;_ the rear of the lot. Primary and alternate drainfield sites axe located on the knob at the southwest corner of the property. Both sites require mound systems. with the house site suited for a walk -out to the northeast, a driveway would likely be centered on the lot east of the drainfielJ sites. Slopes are in the range of 3%, and not accurately reflected by the topographic map. It is critical to totally enclose these sites with snow fence prior to any road construction work, since the sites are very close to the road.- P.Lso, road grades and cuts should be reviewed --o verify :::.Lt i-DE roadwork will not cut into site A2. Lot 5, Block 1. Primary and alternate drainf_. '.d sites are located tc. the rear of the property on slopes of 0-28. Both sites require a mound system. W.i-:h the probable house I~ecat-i-on centrally located on the lot, these sites appear very suitable.
