'j P j <br />City of ORW, o <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU 'C!L <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE DEADLINE DATE FOR FILING <br />OF RESOLUTION #2621 <br />FILE NO. 1368 <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2621 of the City Council was <br />adopted on April ?4, 1983, and approval was conditioned on filing <br />of the resolution with Hennepin County Registrar of Titles no <br />later than October 24, 1989. The City Attorney and applicants <br />have requested an extension of that deadline date to November 14, <br />1989 due to revisions of legal descriptions required by Hennepin <br />County. <br />NOW THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby extends the deadline date for filing of <br />Resolution #2621 to November 14, 1989. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held this 23rd day of October, <br />1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
