City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. .'S21 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION OF <br />A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR <br />THOMAS E. MCNELLIS & JOHN PRUDDFM <br />FILE NO. 1368 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City <br />Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br />safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application fc�r a <br />subdivision of a lot line rearrangement by Thomas E. McNellis and : ohn <br />Prudden (hereinafter "the applicants") of properties lagally described on <br />the Certificate of Survey by Sathre Bergquist Inc., dated March 14, 1989 <br />and attached to this resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the app-icarts have completed all requirements of the <br />City for metes and bounds Class I subdivision of a lot line rearrangement <br />including dedication to the City of drainage and utility easements along <br />the appropriate lot lines. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Concil of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line. <br />rearrangement for Thomas E. McNellis and John Prudden according to the <br />legal descriptions show- on the Certificate of Survey by Sathre Bergquist <br />Inc., dated March 14, 19@9 and attached to this resolution, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City- Council of Orono, the <br />owner of Parcel X as described in the Certificate of Survey referenced <br />above must apply to the City for legal combination fer tax purposes <br />with Parcel W as described in that same survey. <br />2. Similarly, the owner of Parcel Z must apply to the City for legal <br />combination for tax purposes with Parcel Y as described in the survey. <br />3. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate of <br />Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin. County <br />Recorder's office on or before October 24, 1989 together with a <br />certified original copy of this resolution and the above noted <br />easement document. <br />Pane 1 of 2 <br />
