McNellis and Prudden was adopted on April 24, <br />1989, pith the standard deadline filing date of October 24, 1989. <br />The C ty Attorney and applicants are requesting extension of the <br />October 24, 1989 deadline for filing to November 14, 1989 because <br />Hennepin County just prior to the filing deadline has requested <br />revisions of the legal descriptions. The revisions are expected <br />to be completed next week but not before the current deadline. A <br />resolution for such extension is attached for Council review. <br />
