Each iot now <br />meats the required lot width at the rear of the 50 foot front <br />yard setback line. Lots 2 and 3, Block 2 meet t" squired lot <br />width adjacent to Fox Street. Lots have adequate _ontaye along <br />Fox Street bitt the City will require access from the private <br />road. No new curb cuts will be approved except those approved <br />from interior access roads. Note Lot 1, Block 2 has adequate <br />width along Leaf Street side and ` ,e private road extension to <br />Leaf Street along the north lot 1 Lot 6, Block 1 and Lot 1, <br />Block 3 also meet the required lc Iths adjacent to the road <br />outlo " (Outlot A). Each lot s, ifies the two acre dry <br />contiguous standard for the rural zone. <br />
