Each iot now meats the required lot width at the rear of the 50 foot front yard setback line. Lots 2 and 3, Block 2 meet t" squired lot width adjacent to Fox Street. Lots have adequate _ontaye along Fox Street bitt the City will require access from the private road. No new curb cuts will be approved except those approved from interior access roads.
