Zoning File #1446 <br />Page 4 <br />Additional Comments a Planning Commission Recommendation - <br />Septemhar 19, 1989 <br />The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of <br />the conditional use permit/variance application as proposed by <br />applicants finding that the proposed land alterations and <br />drainage improvements within the lakeshore yard of the property <br />to be far superior to the existing failing system. The proposed <br />drainage plan will provide improved treatment for surface run-off <br />now directed over grassed areas before exiting to the lakeshore <br />banks and eventually to the lake. The City Engineer's office has <br />conducted the major review of this application. The enclosed <br />resolution has been drafted per the approval recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission. <br />
