The final development plan should provide information as to <br />lot coverage as it deals with landscaped areas and developed <br />areas and, in addition, percentage of landscaping within the <br />areas devoted to parking. B-6 zoning recommends a minimum <br />of 25% for overall landscaping and 38 for landscaping within <br />parking areas. <br />3. Final planting schedule should reflect size of shrubs. Once <br />again B-6 standards should be employed. Overstory deciduous <br />trees of 2h inches in diameter, ornamental trees lh inches <br />in diameter, coniferous trees 6 feet tall, major shrub <br />plantings 5 gallons. <br />4.
