Use of alcohol. <br />No person shall sell, possess or consume any <br />alcoholic beverage in any park or swimming <br />beach. For the purpose of this section, the term <br />"possess" shall not relate to a container which is <br />kept in the trunk of a vehicle if it is equipped <br />with a trunk, or kept in some other area of the <br />vehicle not normally occupied by the driver or <br />passengers if the vehicle is not equipped with a <br />trunk. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.31(3)(I); Code 2003, § 22-96) <br />Sec. 3.08.350. Fishing. <br />No person shall fish at any swimming beach. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.31(3)(Q); Code 2003, § 22-100) <br />Sec. 3.08.360. City docks. <br />(a) All docks owned or maintained by the city <br />shall be subject to the regulations in this section <br />and are referred to as "city docks." <br />(b) It is unlawful for any person to: <br />(1) Dive, jump or fish from or otherwise use <br />a city dock or the adjacent area in a <br />manner so as to disturb or endanger any <br />other person; <br />(2) Dock any watercraft except for the <br />temporary purpose of boarding or <br />discharging passengers, and then not in <br />any dock within a swimming beach; <br />(3) Use a city dock or the surrounding area <br />for any purpose between the hours of <br />10:00 p.m. and sunrise the next morning; <br />or <br />CD3:33 <br />
