<br />Swimming beach means an area reserved,
<br />designated or used for scheduled or open public
<br />swimming which is owned, operated or controlled
<br />by the city.
<br />Threats occur when the speaker means to
<br />communicate a serious expression of an intent to
<br />commit an act of unlawful violence to a particular
<br />individual or group of individuals.

<br />Sec. 3.08.220. Application.
<br />This article shall apply to all parks and
<br />swimming beaches and supplements and is in
<br />addition to those provisions of this Code which,
<br />by their terms, apply only to specific recreational
<br />areas.

<br />Sec. 3.08.230. Exceptions.
<br />This article does not apply to city employees
<br />or authorized emergency personnel acting within
<br />the course and scope of their employment.

<br />Sec. 3.08.240. Unlawful acts.
<br />It is unlawful for any person to:
<br />(1) Enter upon any park between the hours
<br />of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m, of the day
<br />next following, when notice is given by
<br />signposting.
<br />(2) Enter upon any swimming beach between
<br />the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of
<br />the day next following, when notice is
<br />given by signposting.

<br />Sec. 3.08.250. Damage to, theft of equip-
<br />ment, objects.
<br />No person shall mark, paint, write or post
<br />bills upon, deface or in any other way damage,
<br />destroy, remove or carry away any equipment,
<br />manmade, natural or cultivated plantings, or
<br />other thing that is used or situated upon a park
<br />or swimming beach.

<br />Sec. 3.08.260. Sales, advertisements.
<br />No person shall sell or by any means advertise
<br />for sale any goods, wares, merchandise or services
<br />of any kind, nature or description in a park or
<br />swimming beach.

<br />Sec. 3.08.270. Motor vehicle operations,
<br />standing.
<br />No person shall:
<br />(1) Operate a motorized vehicle in any park
<br />or swimming beach except such portion
<br />as is graded, paved, designated or
<br />maintained as a public street, parking
<br />area or boat launching area.
<br />(2) Leave a motorized vehicle standing in
<br />any park not designated as a parking
<br />area.

<br />Sec. 3.08.280. Riding bicycles, nonmotor-
<br />ized vehicles.
<br />No person shall ride a bicycle or other nonmo-
<br />torized vehicle in any park or swimming beach
<br />except on designated pathways, and then only in
<br />such manner as to not threaten or endanger the
<br />person or property of others.

<br />Sec. 3.08.290. Operation of model
<br />airplanes.
<br />No person shall operate a model airplane in a
<br />park or swimming beach.

<br />Sec. 3.08.300. Animal regulations.
<br />No person shall:
<br />(1) Except as provided in Minn. Stats.
