Zoning File #1424 <br />July 13, 1989 <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />Hardcover 75-250' Zone - <br />Existing:Q,700 s.f. <br />Propose >:«,810 s.f. <br />Total Reduction:3,534 s.f. <br />Applicant will be reducing hardcover within the 0-75* <br />setback zone by removing the boat ramp area and providing a <br />larger grass area between tne lake and the structure# <br />Application #1263, which was approved by Planning Commission and <br />Council, proposed 6,376 s.f. of hardcover within this 0-75* <br />setback area. Applicant is proposing with this application, <br />6,076 s.f., or a reduction of 300 s.f. Also in application <br />#1263, applicant proposed 9,110 s.f. of hardcover within the 75- <br />250' area. The applicant now proposes to further reduce L/iis 300 <br />s.f. to 8,8i0 s.f. Hardcover would be reduced a total of 600 <br />s.f. in application #1424 from what was proposed in application <br />#1263. Also note that in phase one, applicant proposed 4,375 <br />s.f. of hardcover on the Browns Bay side. Applicant received variance approval for this lot area/lot <br />width with application #1263, <br />Access will be relocated to the northeast side of the lot. <br />Tr* application #1263, the City Engineer's review indicated that <br />applies '• should decrease the width of the accer o 28* wide, <br />provic more controlled access.
