The <br />structure will consist of precast concrete and glass. <br />Screening - <br />Screening will be required around the dumpster as noted in <br />application #1263. <br />Signage - <br />Proposed signage will remain the same as application #1263 <br />(see exhibit "P"). <br />Fire Code Review - <br />A fire lane shall be provided in the front of the building <br />at the doorway. Proper signage must be provided. Also, the area <br />where the fire department connection to the sprinkler system is <br />located must be designated "No Parking - Fire Lane". <br />Sewer and SAC Charges ~ <br />Sewer and SAC charges will remain the same as in application <br />#1263. <br />Landscaping Plans ** <br />Applicant has shown the areas which were made into green <br />areas. Staff has outlined the green areas on exhibit "X". <br />Applicant is proposing to enlarge the green areas by 600 s.f. <br />compared to application #1263 (exhibit "I"). <br />Staff Reconnendaticn - <br />Staff recommends approval of the <br />plan review based on the following: <br />variance/commercial site <br />1. The proposed structure and operation is not detrimental <br />to the public health, safety and welfare or maternally injurous <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />2.
