Members absent: Steve Persian. <br /> <br />Staff present were City Attorney Soren Mattick, City Administrator/Engineer Adam Edwards, Finance <br />Director Maggie Jin, and City Planner Melanie Curtis. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />The Agenda was approved by consensus with one deletion.
