LA25-000013, ANDERSON ENGINEERING, 200 WOODHILL ROAD, INTERIM USE PERMIT. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is requested to review the Staff report, receive a presentation, and discuss <br />and approve the permit request for a storm sewer replacement and ancillary golf course improvements <br />at Woodhill Country Club, which is partially located in the City of Orono. Staff recommends approval <br />subject to several conditions. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission discussed the item and asked questions of staff and the applicant, Kyle <br />Stebbing, Anderson Engineering, Plymouth, MN. <br /> <br />Chair Bollis opened the public hearing at 7:17 p.m. <br /> <br />There were no public comments. <br /> <br />Chair Bollis closed the public hearing at 7:17 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioners said the application was straightforward and would be an improvement. <br /> <br />Prchal moved, Weltzin seconded, to approve LA25-000013, 200 Woodhill Road, Interim Use Permit as <br />applied with the condition that the construction entrance would be off County Rd. 15.
