Please clarify and consider construction details and traffic related to this project. <br />What disruption will there to be to the surrounding neighborhoods? I live on Woodhill Avenue and concerned about <br />contractor traffic using the one-way in only back entrance to the club off of Woodhill Avenue. <br />The cover letter states: <br />Delivery frequency will vary by work stage. There will be no material hauling off site. Expect up to 20 contractor vehicles <br />daily. <br />Please verify that the contractors will be entering and exiting through the County Road 15 main entrance and not using <br />the restricted one-way back entrance to the club off of Woodhill Avenue. <br />Also, please verify that heavy equipment being brought in for the renovation will be brought in using the main entrance. <br />The back entrance does not allow for any truck or commercial traffic. The cover letter does not address bringing <br />equipment into the site.
