The applicants have provided additional <br />information as follows: <br />1. Both the applicant's attorney and the Wayzata Country Club <br />attorney have provided substantial information, including existing <br />easements, which verify that this property ca:"^^ legally access North <br />Ferndale Road. <br />2. The Country Club has provided a letter of verification that they <br />are a party to the application. <br />3. i*pplicants have provide a revised concepV ;:.i grading plan and <br />revi« conceptual house foot print. The City Engineer has reviewed <br />the site grading plan for the house location and feels that with a <br />minor revision to channelize drainage southerly along the east lot <br />line by creating a swale, the neighboring properties will not incur <br />any additional drainage from development of this property.
