Bjorlin, Boswinkel, <br />Cochran, Malinka, Pillsbury, Rascop and Martinson voted nay. The eotion to <br />approve failed. <br />Lefevre was directed to prepare findings to deny the application. <br />Grathwol excused hinself from the Meeting. <br />d.
