] <br />3 <br />F <br />L <br />a <br />a <br />m <br />a <br />CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The project as reviewed herein is feasible as it relates to general <br />engineering principals and construction procedures. Based on Information <br />contained in this report, it is recoouoended that: <br />1. This report be adopted by the City of Orono as a guide for <br />construction of the storm sewer improvements in the Navarre Heights <br />Area. <br />2. The City conduct a legal and fiscal review of the project prior to a <br />public hearing. <br />3. A public hearing be held to determine further action to be taken. The <br />property owners in the drainage area that are proposed to be assessed <br />should be notified for hearing purposes. <br />4.
