Zoning File #1302 <br />April Hr 1989 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />C) The restoration of the roadbed as proposed will prevent the <br />further erosion of the public road and the lakeshore banks within <br />the private property. <br />Approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />A) The City shall provide the appropriate erosion controls <br />throughout the entire project. <br />B) All work shall be performed within the public road easement <br />of Crystal Bay Road. <br />C) If the City finds it necessary to close off this section of <br />the road during the repair, tiie City must provide adequate <br />warning and substitute access if necessary. <br />D) The City to acquire temporary construction easements for <br />restoration of roadbed and permanent easements for maintenance of <br />retaining walls. <br />If land alterations are required to restore the four or five lakeshore <br />properties that these improvements be combined under one conditional <br />use permit. Owners are encouraged to work together to tie in specific <br />improvements c /er property boundaries in order to ensure integrity of <br />project and stability of banks. <br />2. Table pending further review by City and/or residents. <br />3. To deny, and if denied. Planning Commission should refer to <br />necessary standards setforth in Section 10.08, Subdivision 3 (A)j <br />Section 10.55, Subdivision 25 (A).
