Planning Commission suggested <br />that stairway revision should be part of a separate conditional use <br />permit application, however, since the stairway replaces an existing <br />stairway structure. If It Is no wider than 4', and Is of equal or less <br />hardcover than the existing, a conditional use permit application Is <br />not required. <br />2. Recommended approval of average setback variance. <br />3. Drainage plan to be submitted for City Engineer review and <br />recommendation prior to Council review. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting Is dependent upon receipt of <br />additional Information.
