Take no action./ <br />RSCOMMENDATIOR - It la recommended that these be referred to the <br />Planning Commiaaion for their review and recommendation. it is <br />anticipated that the Planning Commisaion wl^ll have the <br />opportunity to conduct a work session with John Shard low on July <br />6, 1938 to review background on performance zoning and the <br />Cofridor Study. it is then anticipated that the Planning <br />Commission will consider further work on this and that a public <br />hearing in relationship to these be held perhaps at the August 1, <br />1988 meeting if appropriate progress has been made. <br />r <br />It is additionally recommended that the Council direct the <br />Planning Commisaion that their review of this matter is to entail <br />^a recommendation on the zoning amendments kiveded to the Corridor <br />^ Study. ^ <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by that the Council <br />refer the drafts prepared by John Shardlow to the Planning <br />Commission for their consideration and recommendation and that <br />they be directed to undertake the review of the ordinances as to <br />to implement the Comprehensive Plan following appropriate <br />meeting(s) with John Shardlow.
