S I'v <br />1. Efficiency Units - 8 lineal feet of closet <br />space and 80 cubic feet of bulk storage, <br />2. One Bedroom Unit - 12 lineal feet of closet <br />space and 100 cubic feet of bulk storage. <br />3. Two Bedroom Unit - 24 lineal feet of closet <br />space and 120 cubic feet of bulk storage. <br />4. Three or More Bedrooms - For each bedroom <br />in excess of two in any one dwelling unit, an additional 8 lineal <br />feet of closet space and 20 cubic feet of bulk storage volume shall <br />be required. <br />E. Sound. Party and corridor partitions and floor <br />systems shall be of a type rates by a laboratory regularly engaged <br />in sound testing as capable of accomplishing an average sound <br />transmission loss (using a 9 frequency test) of not less than 50 <br />decibles. Door systems between corridors and dwelling units shall <br />be of solid core construction and include gaskets and closure <br />plates. Room relationships, hallway designs, door and window <br />placements and plumbing and ventilating installations shall be such <br />that they assist in the control of sound transmission from unit to <br />unit. <br />P. Projecting Air Conditioning and Heating Units. <br />Air conditioning or heating units projecting through exterior walls <br />or windows shall be so located and designed that they neither <br />unnecessarily generate or transmit sound nor disrupt the <br />architectural amenities of the building. Units projecting more <br />than four inches beyond the exterior finish of a building wall <br />shall be permitted only with the written consent of the Building <br />Inspector, which shall be given when building structural systems <br />prevent compliance. <br />G. Trash Incinerators and Garbage. No exterior <br />trash or garbage disposal or storage shall be permitted. There <br />shall be no exterior incineration, and any storage shall be <br />completely enclosed by walls and roof. <br />H. Accessory Buildings. Accessory buildings <br />including structures for the storage of boats and recreational <br />vehicles shall observe the same setback requirements established <br />for the residence buildings. The Council may require common walls <br />for accessory buildings where common walls will eliminate unsightly <br />and hazardous areas. Accessory buildings shall have the same <br />exterior finish as the principal structure and shall be designed <br />and located on the site in a manner which complements other site <br />elements and facilities. <br />I. The "M-6" District or any development therein <br />may not be adjacent to any One Family Lakeshore Residential <br />District or within 1,000 feet of a lake, or within 200 feet of a <br />wetland. <br />ORONO CC 296 (4-1-84)O
