20. The granting of the required variances will result in <br />the following violation of 10.08, Subdivision 3 (A) of the <br />zoning code with which the applicant must first comply <br />before the requested variances can be granted. In review of <br />the factual findings noted above, the plight of this <br />applicant was created by her own actions or the actions of <br />agents acting under her authority or supervision, and has <br />nothing to do with a unique hardship related to the land. <br />21. The intent of this application is contrary to the <br />intent of the Orono Comprehensive Management Plan and the <br />Zoning Code. <br />22.
