Zoning File #1589 October 4, 1990 <br />Page 3 <br />Additional Comments and Planning Commission Recommendation ~ <br />Additional Exhibits - <br />Exhibit G - Elevation <br />Per the Planning Commission's direction, the applicants have <br />submitted elevations of the proposed additions and change in roof <br />design (refer to Exhibit G). During the Planning Commission's <br />review, the applicants were advised that if any major structural <br />improvements were proposed for the deck located v.o the <br />south/street side of house, that variance approval is required. <br />Note deck is located approximately 8' off the street right-of- <br />way. Applicant advised the Planning Commission that because of <br />the instability of the deck, that he proposed to replace the <br />frost footings. The Planning Commission extended their approval <br />to include the structural repair to the deck located in a <br />substandard street yard. <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of <br />the variances for the garage addition, the house addition to the <br />north, and for frost footings for the deck within the substandard <br />front street setback area. The resolution has been drafted per <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission.
