Adopt draft letter for transmittal. <br />2. Amend and adopt. <br />3. Table pending review and revision of plan. <br />4. Take no action. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the Council amend the <br />letter as they choose and transmit the letter as proposed. <br />PROPOSED 'MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, Council indicate <br />its objections to the proposed LMCD budget by transmittal of its <br />attached letter to its representative and LMCD.
