We re\iewcd the above plat and make the following comments: <br />• The 33 foot right of way is acceptable. <br />• Access via an upgraded street entrance at outlet ‘A’ is acceptable. <br />All proposed construction within county right of way requires an approved Hennepin County permit <br />prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not limited to access drainage and utility <br />construction, trail development and landscaping. Contact our Permits Section at'’930-2550 for the <br />appropriate permit forms. <br />• The developer must restore all areas, within the county right of way, disturbed during construction. <br />Please direct any response to Dave Zetterstrom at 930-2548. <br />As a matter of procedure, we request that the City Clerk inform us of the City Council's action on the right <br />of u \y and access provisions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas P.
