Plat a 42' private road outlot along the length of the southerly property boundary' <br />(assuming that the City has a legitimate 8' road easement over the adjacent property). <br />2. B- lid a 28' paved width private road from Tonkawa Road to approximately the mid­ <br />point of Lot 1, with a'T' emergency vehicle turnaround as proposed in revised plan <br />(attached). <br />3.
