Chief KiTjc Memo/Canine Program Dated 12/6/89 <br />ISSUE - Determine the Council's interest in having a canine <br />program as part of its Volice department. <br />INTRODUCTION - The issue of undertaking a canine program in the <br />Police department was discussed igtg ^ <br />time staff was directed to bring this back in November 1989. <br />discussion - At the time this was discussed there were several <br />issues raised regarding the program.
