Attachment B is a <br />newsletter for a newly formed group - Concerned Citizens for <br />Highway 12. <br />RESERVIST STATUS - Two City employees are currently in the <br />reserves, both in the Police Department. One is in the Naval <br />Reserves and the other in the Marine Corps. It is expected that <br />only one might be called. The department is currently making <br />contingency arrangements should either be activated. <br />PART-TIME SEPTIC POSITION - As you may be aware the staff is <br />recommen*3Tng the current part time septic position be made full <br />time in the 1991 Budget. The current person has the credentials <br />for the full time position. The funds for 1990 will expire the <br />end of September. Staff will bring forward a request to entend <br />this funding for the balance of the year at the September 10th <br />meeting. Please communicate any thoughts or issues you may have <br />on this to me. <br />LONG LAKE'S GOALS - See Attachment C.
