The applicant proposes to maintain the existing driveway access on 6th <br />Avenue, splitting it off to serve the new lot approximately 60 feet into the property. The existing <br />home will remain on proposed Lot 2; a new home is proposed on Lot 1 and the existing barn is <br />proposed to remain. <br /> <br />The subdivision is proposed for the current owners’ daughter and family to build a smaller home on <br />Lot 1; the existing barn will remain on Lot 1.
