The 120 Day subdivision review timeline will end on February 21, 2025. <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant is proposing to subdivide the property at 2300 6th Avenue North to create one <br />additional buildable lot. The applicant proposes to maintain the existing driveway access on 6th <br />Avenue, splitting it off to serve the new lot approximately 60 feet into the property.
