Current right of <br />way varies from approximate!'' 100 to 180 feet. <br />Q3: Would we need to build frontage roads? <br />A3: Frontage roads would likely be required to provide local <br />access since access to the highway will be allowed only at <br />selected locations. <br />Q4: Would we be required to close streets? <br />A4: Some street modification may be required. City access <br />to T.H. 12 could be limited to one primary intersection <br />which all other city streets would feed into. <br />Q5: What costs would the City be required to participate in/ <br />A5: The city would likely have responsibility for some costs <br />including drainage costs and any curb/sidewalk sections. <br />Q6: What type of settlement process would businesses or <br />homeowners have to go through in the event of displacement? <br />A6: The eminent domain process in outlined in federal <br />regulations.
