Permanent access shall be <br />provided via Outlet C or future east/west frontage road. As of <br />this writing, staff has not received the elevations of the <br />structure to determine visual impact upon the adjacent <br />residential properties. These elevations will be presented at <br />your meeting or included in the latter packets that go out on <br />Friday afternoon. <br />In any event, in your recommendation to approve, it would be <br />appropriate to ask for evergreen type plantings along north and <br />west lot line. The east lot line already has mature plantings. <br />The Planning Commission may wish to include other conditions for <br />the approval of this conditional use permit and variance <br />application for the City of Orono.
