MN 55323 <br />Attn: Jeanne Mabusth <br />Re; Otten Subdivision <br />File No. 139A9 <br />Dear Jeanne; <br />Enclosed please find a copy of Outlot B on the Otten property where the new <br />well & pumphouse will be constructed. <br />The proposed location of the pumphouse will require a variance for a 45* <br />setback from the east line for the permanent structure. It will also be <br />necessary to obtain a variance for a 40* setback from the east line and a 30* <br />setback from the north line for the pressure tank.
