City Attorney Letter Dated 3/28/90 <br />«w»at«nii(8 <br />APR 91990 <br />f^lTY OF OROHO <br />ISSUE - Updating Council regarding the proposed hearing date for <br />annexation. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council’s March 26, 1990 meeting they <br />adoptf'd the resolution found in Attachment A. Additionally they <br />had r^'Quested a desire to delay the actual annexation hearing to <br />allow for members who desire to be present to be there together <br />with appropriate preparation time. <br />The Board communicated that they would like to just convene the <br />hearing on April 25th for just a short period of time but it <br />would not be the commencement of arguement or significant <br />presentation. <br />No further action is required at this point, staff will keep you <br />abreast as this develops.
