Bernhardson, City Adrainistrato <br />DATE: April 5, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: 1990 Board of Review - April 17, 1990 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />APR 91990 <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />Just a reminder of the Board of Review as follows: <br />COUHCIL CHAMBERS <br />TUESDAY, APRIL 17,1990 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />The Assessor has received a similar number of calls as last year <br />(300). He and his staff has reviewed about 250 properties. It <br />is expected, based on past attendance, that 40-50 persons will <br />attend the Board of Review, a similar number to last year. If <br />so, it is expected a reconvening will be necessary. If so, the <br />Council meeting of 4/23 may be too soon. The following regular <br />me«»ting would be 5/14 which is beyond the 21 day reconvening <br />limit. Possible alternatives for a short reconvene may be <br />Monday, May 7. We can discuss at the Board of Review. No action <br />required.
