Tlie Metropolitan Council has indicated they <br />have no ob.iection to the expansion. <br />Dock licen.se applications are beitig received, tlie pre­ <br />application review process resolving a number of discrepancies. <br />Lewman was excused. <br />Tlie executive director reported Muriel Gtewart’s <br />services as bookkeeper/clerk have been very satisfactory. The <br />final quarterly financial report is scheduled for the January <br />meeting. An early 1989 audit is also planned, compared to past <br />mid->«*ar Liming. <br />2) Annual Review Preparations <br />The Executive Director submitted an outline of <br />current position responsibilities and an overview of the position <br />responsibilities as the.v have developed since then. He expects to <br />meet with the officers before the January Board meeting to <br />discuss 1909’s achievement.s and pro.ieotions for 1990. <br />0
