I ORDINMiCB i , SBCOMD SERIES <br />AM ORDIMAMCB AMBHDIM6 <br />SECTION 10.52, SOBDIVISIOM 3 <br />ENTITLED "SAMITART SEWER AVAILABILITY" <br />(SPECIAL REQOIREMENTS FOR RES0NIM6 <br />OF THE HIGHWAY 12 CORRIDOR STUDY AREA) <br />City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Section 10.52, Subdivision 3 is hereby amended to <br />read: <br />Sanitary Sewer and Municipal Hater Availability. <br />The available sanitary sewer and municipal water <br />capacity to serve the development of this corridor is <br />currently very limited. Therefore, any plans to <br />develop within this area must either demonstrate that <br />it can occur utilizing current sewer and water <br />allocations or they must include improvements to <br />Increase the capacity of the systems serving this area. <br />If sanitary sewer or niunicigal water system <br />improvements are proposed as part* of the application, <br />then the feasibility of providing this service will <br />also be scrutinized along with an improvement financing <br />plan to ensure that the costs associated with providing <br />this additional capacity will be paid for by the <br />development." <br />SECTION 2. Adoption and Publication. This ordinance shall be <br />effective from and after its passage and publication on January <br />29, 1990. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono on this 22nd day of January, <br />1990 by a vote of _ _ ayes and _ _ nays. <br />! <br />ATTEST:Rdward .7.
