Zoning Amendment Section 10.52, Subdivision 3 - <br />Sanitary Sewer Availability <br />During Council's review of the Rebers and Otten improvement <br />projects within the Highway 12 Corridor, the Council determined <br />the need to include the availabilxty of municipal water service <br />as a special requirement for rezoning within the Highway 12 <br />Corridor. The proposed ordinance amendment is presented for the <br />Planning Commission's consideration and action and will be <br />presented for Council's formal action at their January 22nd <br />meeting. <br />Additional Coeaents and Planning Conmission Reconmendation - <br />The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of <br />the proposed amendment finding municipal water service a <br />necessity if any of the approved higher use and density zoning <br />districts are to be considered.
