wf' <br />LMCD Board of Directors September 2b, 1991 <br />E.Duane Marcus, Waysata, asked what monies are due <br />Consultant Arndorfer, if any. The executive director <br />responded that a $5,000 balance is pending on the <br />$250,000 contract. <br />The board then discussed at length the procedure for review by the <br />cities and agencies in advance of the final draft adoption at the <br />special board meeting recommended for Wednesday, October 16. <br />Upon a review of the various options, it was moved by Hurr, <br />seconded by Rascop, that the draft as amended at this time be <br />distributed to all affected agencies and the LMCD member cities, <br />to include all mayors, council and administrators of the cities, <br />with the evening (5:30 p.m.) of Tuesday, October 0, to be held <br />open to consider substantive comments of agencies. and city <br />comments to be received until October 11. for final review of the <br />Management Plan for Lake Minnetonka adoption and submission to <br />the Metropolitan Council for review.
