Background: <br />The police department is seeking authorization to purchase a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado from Ryan <br />Chevrolet to used as a marked police vehicle by the Orono Police Department. This vehicle will <br />replace a 2018 Dodge Durango which will be used as an administrative vehicle by the city. <br />3. Cost: <br />The cost of the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado will be $40,021.00. <br />4. Funding: <br />This vehicle will be funded through the Police Equipment Fund. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />I recommend the purchase of the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado from Ryan Chevrolet in Buffalo. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado from Ryan Chevrolet in Buffalo. <br />33 <br />
