A RBSOLOTIOH APPROYING THE PLAT OF <br />KELLY 2ND ADDITION <br />APPLICATKNI NO. 1573 <br />NHBEBAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />NBBRBAS^ the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br />land within the City; and <br />IIHBRBAS# the City Council has considered the application for a <br />Class III subdivision of a 3 lot plat by Carol J. Kelly and James Massey, <br />(hereinafter "the subdividers”); <br />WBBBBASr the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of <br />the LR-*1C lakeshore residential zoning district finding that each lot is <br />of a size and configuration that will allow the continued use of Lots 1 and <br />3 for single family residential use without the need of any variances and <br />Lot 2 to be fully developed without the need of any variances; and <br />NHBRBASr the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br />[r platting regulations of the City, Including: <br />It? <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 2869 <br />Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />Subdividers have completed the realignment of the drainage ditch <br />along the shared lot lines of Lots 2 and 3.
