Ms. Kelly's request dealt with reconsideration
of the amount of the park fet^ determined by the Assessor and
payment of the park fee at time of issuance of building permit
rather than at the time of final subdivision approval.
Ms. Kelly has since been advised by the Zoning staff that an
additional 40 s.f. of existing hardcover is still to be removed.
Review Exhibit D. 129 s.f. of hardcover removed was located
outside of the boundaries of the property. Both applicant and
applicant's consultants were advised of this at the time of
preliminary subdivision approval (review Page 2 of Preliminary
Approval Resolution and Exhibit E, Page 5 of Staff Memo). Ms.
Kelly contacted my office on October 8th to advise that to remove
the additional 40 s.f. will cost additional hundreds of dollars
and that she would ask Council to allow final hardcover on Lot 1
to remain at 4^395 s.f. or 25.2%. If Council concurs staff will
amend the approval resolution to confirm final inventory of
hardcover on Lot 1 at 25.2% hardcover.
The enclosed approval resolution is once again presented for
Council's action and will be amended to include Council's final
decision concerning the Park Dedication Fee and the hardcover
issue for Lot 1.
Isv
