N-v Current and future owner of Lot 1 is hereby advised that <br />hardcover within the 75-250' setback area is at a maximum allowed <br />level at 25% or 4,355 s.f.. Any additional improvements to this <br />property resulting in increases in hardcover must be approved by <br />the City of Orono and may result in equal or greater removal of <br />existing hardcover. <br />Current o%mer of Lot 3 is advised that present dock location will <br />have to be altered next season to meet the required setback from <br />final approved lot lines. <br />Future dock to serve newly created riparian Lot 2 shall meet the <br />pertinent LMCD standards that determine the allowed boat density <br />units at the dock based on 75-85* of lineal footage of shoreline. <br />Owner is further advised that in consideration of the marsh-like <br />lands adjacent to the potential dock si^e that no structure or <br />improvments may be placed or installed above the 929.4 elevation <br />without appropriate variance approvals from the City. <br />Upon application for a building permit for new construction on <br />Lot 2, the future owner shall pay the following: <br />’\ <br />A.Sewer Unit Charge - $1,513.86 (based on 1990 rate to be <br />amended to meet current Fee Schedule at time of <br />application for permit) <br />B.Water Unit Charge - $1,691.78 (based on 1990 rate to be <br />amended to meet current Fee Schedule at time of <br />application for permit) <br />5.The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with <br />either the Bennepin County Recorder's Office or the Registrar of <br />Title's Office on or before March 23, 1992 together with a <br />certified original copy of this Resolution. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has <br />not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be <br />necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision <br />review. <br />Page 2 of 3
