They were dene on the two higher portions of
the property.
Bradley noted that he finds it hard to believe that anyone
would pay $75,00J to live next to the noisy pump station
operation. He noted t e day he was out there, they were checking
tho alternator and it was extremely loud.
Chairman Flint also noted that periodically trucks visit the
site for inspections.
Gerhardson explained those are smaller inspection vehicles
and on occasion, larger trucks are cn the site.
Bradley felt that the appraisal was not true or accurate.
Chairman Flint expressed his feelings and hopes to see a
passivo'^type park, perhaps one lot developed in the lower corner,
parking to the south of the pond, and a trail to the north
leading to picnic sites. He noted that the other plans may
preserve the wetlands, but do not offer the public any type of
access.
Mr. Shardlow explained if he were retained to do a study of
the area he woul prepare a summary of analysis showing problems
and opportunities for the site. He felt the Commission needed
more information to make any type of decision and felt that
schematic sketches might help to see the overall picture better.
Chairman Flint asked about the cost of such service.
Mr. Shardlow felt it would take about 10 hours of time and
perhaps be between $300-500.
Vongries questioned what, exactly they would get for their
money.
. . ..
