Orono Compensation Plan Groupings <br />C. 1991 Compensation Plan Wage Table <br />ISSUE - Authorization by Council to adjust the compensation of <br />the Assistant Finance Director from Level 6 Step III to Level 6 <br />Step IV. <br />DISCUSSION - Under the City Compensation plan Assistant Finance <br />Director Linda Walters, based on acceptable level of performance, <br />is eligible for a wage adjustment from Level 6 Step III <br />($13.204/hr) to Level 6 Step IV ($13.899/hr) effective September <br />1, 1991. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that Linda Walters wage rate <br />be adjusted as requested effective September 1, 1991. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by __, seconded by to adjust <br />Assistant Finance Director Linda Walters' compensation from Level <br />6 Step III to Level 6 Step IV ($13,899 per hour) effective <br />September 1, 1991.
