Gerhardson, Public <br />Jack Brinkhaus# Street Department Foreman <br />September 3, 1991 <br />Pall Clean-up Day - October 19, 1991 <br />Works Coordinator vO « V\Portf^inan ^ ^ <br />4i <br />The City of Orono Public Works Department is planning fall clean­ <br />up day on Saturday, October 19, 1991 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. <br />The collection point will be behind the long, gold equipment shed <br />at Brown Road South and Spates Avenue in Crystal Bay, next to the <br />Administration Building. <br />The following items will NOT be accepted: <br />garbage <br />trees <br />brush <br />chemicals <br />Lruck loads <br />barrels, drums, chemical containers, petroleum products <br />and their containers <br />newspapers and other items normally picked up by <br />recyclers <br />Leaves and grass will have to be debagged into our large <br />container. We will not accept leaf and grass bags. <br />Appliances will be set aside and will be picked up by an agency <br />that disassembles and recycles appliances. There is a fee to <br />have them picked up, but we are not recommending charging a fee <br />to the residents at this time. <br />We will also accept tires. A private company will be here to <br />accept them for a fee.
